We recently took the opportunity to dyno test our development 2017 Golf R MK7.5 before and after the fitment of a complete Racingline R600 Cold Air Intake System.

The engine had already been upgraded with Racingline’s OEM+ Stage 1 software and the DSG as our development DSG software flashed.
We saw up to 16kw and 23nm above 6000rpm, whilst giving an awesome sound.
Looking into the data we saw that with the full intake system fitted, the turbocharger was able to maintain an addition 1 psi of boost pressure to redline instead of dropping off – hence the noticeable increase up top.
