High Torque vs Lower Torque
As you can see above, we offer this calibration in High Torque and Lower Torque configurations. Both maps reach the same peak power, but the Lower Torque option limits torque to 480Nm in the lower-mid range to protect your factory clutches.
The High Torque calibration needs to be run with a TCU DSG tune for the best results. If TCU is currently unavailable for your car, we recommend the Lower Torque calibration. You can upgrade to High Torque for free if TCU becomes available.
For FWD cars, the Lower Torque calibration is highly recommended due to its more linear delivery, making the car significantly more drivable and maintaining traction.
Have a Locked Gearbox?
If you own a late 2022+ VW Group vehicle, you may have discovered a frustrating limitation: your DSG transmission is “locked” and cannot be tuned via traditional methods.
Without a TCU tune, you cannot safely run our High Torque ECU maps. But we have the solution.
Our RacingLine Mechatronic Board Upgrade replaces the locked factory board with an original, unlocked Bosch version. This opens up full OBD flashing for proper TCU calibration and massive torque handling.

All stock power & torque figures are manufacturer-stated outputs.
These calibrations are developed for specific fuels. Ensure super unleaded pump fuel of 98 RON or above. For E85 tunes, dedicated E85 fuel must be used.
All pump fuel figures are measured at the crankshaft on a RacingLine Superflow Dyno.
All E85 figures are measured strictly at the front hubs on Harding Performance’s Dynapack Dyno.
As dyno readings can vary based on conditions, altitude, and vehicle health, these figures are intended for illustrative purposes only.
