MQB Evo DSG tuning uses the same dynamic transmission strategy across supported DQ380/DQ381 and DQ500 applications, recalibrating clutch pressure, torque limits, shift behaviour and manual-mode control.
Many 2021+ vehicles use a locked 401 bootloader. Where conventional flashing is blocked, the RacingLine CommsLink unlock route restores tuning access on supported transmission families.

Supported locked DQ381 G2 controllers can now be unlocked through the RacingLine Server in minutes using the RacingLine CommsLink Cable. No mechanical changes, mechatronic swap, third-party tool or transmission strip-down is required. Once unlocked, the gearbox is ready for RacingLine Dynamic TCU Software through the usual OBD/PDM route.
