The OE part is designed for one purpose, to reduce engine bay acoustics. To achieve this, the factory plastic pipe channels the airflow through a restrictive OE resonator and turbulent plastic ‘bellows’. In doing so, it introduces an airflow restriction and a significant pressure-drop into the induction system.
The MMR resonator delete pipe features smooth-bore mandrel bent aluminium pipework that has all of required take-offs incorporated with beautiful billet fittings for an easy DIY installation with the factory connections. Finished in a durable and aesthetically pleasing crackle finish complete with contrasting MMR laser-etched logo, this premium tig-welded assembly offers improved performance, sound and aesthetic appeal.

Our pipe replaces the whole factory resonator with smooth, turbulence-free pipework.
