Upgrade-DSG clutch kit for all DSG DQ500 transmissions. DSG clutch to unleash the full potential of the power increase.

The clutch is completely calibrated, assembled in a basket and ready for installation. It is simply exchanged against the original one.

Good replacement of the standard clutch, with stronger steel wheels and friction clutches. The reinforced clutch kit is ideal for performance VAG engines with DQ500-DSG transmission.

These clutches are designed to increase clutch torque capacity to the maximum without sacrificing reliability or drivability.

To achieve this we carefully balanced the friction surface area, friction materials, plate designs, and clutch pack shimming. A perfect balance between different aspects is the key to an excellent performing DSG clutch!

This clutch is designed for 650 nm+ without raising the pressure in the system. Much more torque can be achieved with the appropriate software. Contact us for details.

These clutches are professionally assembled using all new parts. They are sold as a “Race Part” and warranted for manufacturing defects only.

They must be installed by an authorised experience dealer with the correct basket shimming tools.

They must follow manufacturer guidelines on installation. Special tools are required, and adaptation processes must be carried out or damage can occur.
